Life as plus size

Living as a plus size women you end up noticing how much you miss out on daily life.

Whether it's struggling to find your size in clothes on the high street, bras always so ugly and unexplainable expensive or the uncomfortably small public seating.
They always look like this in my size 


Me personally I had decided long ago that I wanted to be comfortable in my body and just love myself the way am. But honestly that's extremely hard to do. There has been so many failed diets, wasted gym memberships and workout clothes that have been used as pyjamas.
A statement never truer 


My advice for the people like me who don't want to be body conscious but honestly are and want to be confident and comfortable in life. Don't give up yet, it may be a struggle now to get to the person you want to be in life, but eventually that day will come when you have the willpower to cut out the unhealthy habits, put on those gym clothes and enjoy getting active. It may not be now. But don't worry it'll come at your own pace.
